Position Overview
SF Trading Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations in our Chittagong office. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks using MS Excel and ERP software, liaise with our central Dhaka accounts team, interact with clients on financial documentation, and manage bank communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Accounting: Maintain and update daily accounts, ledger entries, and financial records using MS Excel and ERP applications.
- Reporting: Prepare accurately formatted Debit and Credit reports and monitor cash flow.
- Expense Management: Track, verify, and maintain daily individual expense sheets.
- Team Coordination: Work in close synchronization with the main Dhaka accounts team for seamless financial alignment.
- Client & Bank Liaison: Communicate directly with clients for billing, invoices, and financial documents, as well as coordinate with banking representatives for daily transactional needs.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Finance, Finance & Banking
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Finance
- Skills Required: Data Entry - English & Bengali, MS Office, ERP Software, Communication, Microsoft Excel, Fluency in Bengali and English.

- 1 to 5 year(s)

- Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies,Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies,Transport Service
