About the role
- Position: Accounts Executive
- Location: Defu Lane
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Gas Distributor
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a complete set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
- Prepare quarterly GST schedules and support timely GST submissions.
- Maintain complete and organised finance records and supporting documents.
- Perform month-end closing activities and ensure financial reports are completed within the required timelines.
- Perform other related accounting and finance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- At least two years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
