Managing the full accounting cycle is the core of this role, offering broad exposure across cash management, AP/AR, invoicing, financial reporting, and month-end processes. Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including cash receipts, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Oversee client invoicing, collections, cash flow reporting, and revenue generation activities
- Monitor project accounting data, WIP balances, revenue recognition, and financial accuracy within Vantagepoint
- Prepare monthly financial reports, account analyses, dashboard metrics, and management reporting
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities, including payroll reviews, tax filings, and compliance reporting
Requirements
- Experience managing AP, AR, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition principles
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills with exceptional attention to detail
