  Job Description
  We are looking for startup members for our Sapporo branch, which opened in January 2026. We handle a wide range of projects from small to publicly listed companies. In Hokkaido, there is a high demand for solutions to issues such as "lack of successors" and "business difficulties," and we are seeking individuals who will support the survival and revitalization of companies at the core of the Sapporo branch.

Job Duties
You will be entrusted with accounting consulting services at the Sapporo branch (IPO support, business succession, corporate revitalization, management support, etc.). This role is not just about "accounting work" but about supporting management decision-making based on numbers as a "consultant" to assist in the survival and growth of companies.

Specific Duties
After joining, you will start with assistant duties under senior consultants and learn practical skills through OJT.

• IPO Support: Support for new listings (IPOs) of venture companies
• M&A Related Work: Financial and tax due diligence, valuation, financial advisory (FA) work in M&A
• Business Plan Formulation and Revitalization Support: Formulation of medium-term management plans during growth phases or business revitalization phases, support for fundraising and subsidy applications, and assistance in optimizing financial conditions

• Business plan formulation, due diligence, and IPO support have many introductions centered around mega banks and major regional banks. Smooth introductions are expected at the Sapporo branch as well.
• Due diligence and IPO support come from existing clients and inquiries from our website.

Career Path

• Years 1-2 after joining:
  You will engage in QA responses (first contact) with clients and create reports, proposals, and other related documents under the OJT of seniors, in addition to specified books and video training.

• Years 3 and beyond:
  You will take the lead on small-scale projects, making direct proposals to clients and leading parts of the practical work.

• Years 4 and beyond:
  As the project leader, you will oversee the entire project. You will build proposal schemes, manage projects, and check deliverables such as reports, proposals, and numerical data, challenging more complex schemes and mentoring juniors.

• Generally, you will work in teams on projects. Through OJT, you will be in an environment where you can gradually increase your capabilities.

• Depending on individual growth, you can aim to become a PM after four years, reaching the experienced range (annual income of 7 to 10 million yen).

• We aim to be the number one in business succession projects in the Sapporo area and want to focus on not only family succession projects but also M&A projects and support for the Tokyo Pro Market.
• We want to contribute to the revitalization of the Hokkaido economy by focusing on business revitalization projects and support for subsidies related to capital investment and new business development.

Position Appeal

• While working in Sapporo, you will receive training and work at the same level as the Tokyo headquarters. There are opportunities to be assigned to joint projects with Tokyo members, allowing you to absorb advanced knowledge without being bound by location.
• You will experience a wide range of consulting areas that match the growth phases of companies, such as M&A, IPO support, and business plan formulation.
• No experience is required. Necessary specialized knowledge will be acquired through training and OJT after joining, and you can steadily aim to become a professional.

• Through joint projects with Tokyo members and practical OJT, you can absorb advanced knowledge directly. You can develop your career at a pace comparable to urban areas while in Sapporo.

• We plan to move to the Huriix Square Sapporo (1-minute walk from Sapporo Station on the Namboku Line) in March 2026. You will be able to work in a new office in a prime location.
