Accounting Clerk

An Accounting Clerk who works carefully and keeps organized records will fit well in the accounting team. This role involves scanning files, purchasing supplies, writing checks, and assisting with month-end closing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scan files into digital format and maintain organized records
• Purchase supplies for the organization
• Write checks
• Process warranty cancellations
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Assist the accounting team with month-end closing tasks as needed
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
