Accounting Associate

About This Role

Being the main contact for international clients and continually improving client relations are at the core of this accounting role. The position suits a motivated young professional eager to learn, grow, and develop within an international PwC environment, supporting clients with their accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for clients, and continually improve client relations and develop business activities
• Supervise and regularly manage the accounting and tax aspects of a portfolio of international clients
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, preparation of annual accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting tasks
• Work closely with international colleagues across the Accounting Department to deliver high-quality client support
• Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including international groups, operating companies, and holding structures
• Develop technical accounting (LuxGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP, etc.) and business knowledge through continuous coaching, training, and hands-on experience

Requirements

• Final year of, or already have, a Master's degree in Economics, Accounting or Management or any relevant university degree
• Strong interest in Tax and Accounting, and eager to learn
• Curiosity, motivation to learn, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• English proficiency (oral and written)
