Accounting Assistant

About This Role

Supporting the daily accounting and financial operations of Goodluck Hotpot Restaurant is the core of this role, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Accounting Assistant will manage tasks such as recording sales and expenses, monitoring cash flow, and reconciling transactions. This position suits a detail-oriented individual with a background in accountancy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily finance-related work and documentation, including the daily collection and verification of store sales and cashiering records
• Perform basic reconciliation and transaction checking, accurately record transactions, and properly organize financial documents and files
• Handle cash receipts, payments, and banking transactions
• Proactively follow up on assigned tasks and provide timely updates on their progress
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related course
• At least 1 year of experience in related field
• Excellent communication skills (able to understand Chinese language)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and reliable
• Reliable attendance; frequent personal leaves will not be acceptable
