Job Description Do finančního týmu v Rožnově hledáme posilu (m/ž) na pracovní pozici:
FINANČNÍ ÚČETNÍ - ZÁVAZKY Responsibilities
- Účtování závazků (došlých faktur) pro evropské společnosti koncernu onsemi za použítí technologie optického čtení faktur a jejich párování s nákupní objednávkou.
- Přezkušování přijatých dokladů a kordinace oprav dokladů s dodavateli nebo ostatními oddděleními společnosti.
- Příprava platebních souborů dle data splatnosti.
- Vedení knihy závazků.
- Reporting.
- Spolupráce na měsíčních závěrkách a odsouhlašování zůstatků účtů.
- Dodržování interních standardů a procesů, archivace účetních dokladů.
- Příprava podkladů pro účetní a daňové audity.
Qualifications
- SŠ/VŠ vzdělání ekonomického směru.
- Komunikativní znalost anglického jazyka (komunikace s kolegy v zahraničí), znalost dalšího jazyka výhodou.
- Znalost podvojného účetnictví.
- Dobrá znalost MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, znalost Oracle výhodou).
- Schopnost pracovat v rámci závěrkových termínů.
- Analytické schopnosti, spolehlivost, pečlivost a samostatnost.
