About This Role

This accounting role involves managing general accounting and accounts payable activities, ensuring compliance with tax obligations, and supporting monthly and annual financial closings. The position suits a precise and organized professional with experience in corporate accounting, ideally within international settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting and accounts payable activities, including recording Italian and foreign supplier invoices, general ledger entries, and ordinary accounting records
• Handle main tax compliance, including VAT settlements, withholding taxes, and F24 model registration, in compliance with deadlines
• Monitor supplier payment schedules, ensuring correct payment management and constant control of open items
• Support monthly and annual financial closings through reconciliation and account verification activities
• Collaborate with the Finance team and external consultants to ensure the correct execution of administrative and accounting activities

Requirements

• Experience in administration and accounting departments of corporations, preferably in international contexts, with a particular focus on accounts payable
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and related tax compliance, including the application of special regimes (e.g., 74-ter)
• Excellent command of MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of English
• Precision, organizational skills, and attention to deadlines
• Good ability to work towards objectives and under pressure
