Job Description
We are looking for Account Verification Specialists to verify customer identities and account information as part of our onboarding and compliance process. This role involves reviewing personal identification documents and financial account details. A background check and credit screening are required for all verification roles.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify customer identity documents submitted during onboarding
- Cross-reference submitted information against account records for accuracy
- Flag inconsistencies and escalate suspicious submissions to the compliance team
- Maintain accurate verification logs for audit and compliance purposes
- Communicate verification status updates to customers and internal teams
- Meet daily verification case volume and accuracy targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail — ability to spot inconsistencies in documents
- Comfortable handling sensitive personal identity and financial information
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
- No prior verification experience required — full paid training provided
- Must be a US-based resident with reliable internet connection
