About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Account Partner - Public Sector NGO/ Non-Profit to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own and grow a portfolio of professional services opportunities within nonprofit and NGO organizations, partnering closely with customers to support transformation initiatives and technology adoption. You will lead strategic conversations, shape tailored engagement plans, and help move complex services deals from discovery through close while strengthening long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. The position blends consultative selling, executive engagement, and cross-functional coordination to drive bookings, customer satisfaction, and successful delivery outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $155,545 – $208,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand a portfolio of professional services opportunities within NGO and nonprofit accounts
  • Develop strategies aligned with customer transformation initiatives and technology adoption
  • Lead customer conversations to assess needs, operational challenges, and business priorities
  • Create tailored proposals and delivery roadmaps for nonprofit and NGO clients
  • Build executive relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive and close services deals
  • Ensure successful handoffs and customer satisfaction after service delivery
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of services bookings in CRM
  • Stay current on innovations relevant to the nonprofit sector
  • Contribute to best practices and internal knowledge-sharing for the NGO segment

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in professional services sales, consulting, or account management
  • Experience with nonprofit or NGO organizations and their operational challenges
  • Proven history of exceeding services revenue targets
  • Skilled in structuring and selling complex, multi-phase services engagements
  • Strong executive presence for influencing C-suite decisions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%
