Account Manager (IT Industry)

Job Scope:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand clients' business needs and provide suitable solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with management to develop and execute sales strategies, while keeping them updated on sales opportunities and pipeline progress.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all sales activities are properly tracked.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including presales, marketing, product, solutions, and vendor partners, to support sales initiatives and deliver the best solutions for clients.
• Coordinate with principal partners and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and successful account management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or equivalent working experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management is preferred, with candidates from the IT industry having an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Good presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Additional Information:

• Office hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm).
• Attractive commission and incentive scheme on top of the basic salary.
