About the role
I'm looking for an Account Manager to join a growing, fast-paced Full stack marketing agency.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building genuine client relationships, owning projects end-to-end and working closely with creative, media, performance and technology teams. Why this role?
Unlike traditional agency Account Manager roles where you can be spread across 15-20 different clients, you'll have the opportunity to really focus on your accounts. You'll manage one major client account , supported by 2-3 smaller accounts, giving you the time and ownership to build strong relationships, understand the clients' businesses and deliver great work - rather than constantly jumping between accounts.
What you'll be doing
- Own day-to-day relationships with key clients and become a trusted partner
- Manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Develop project timelines, scopes of work, quotes and other key documentation
- Coordinate projects across Creative, Performance and Technology teams
- Write clear and concise briefs and ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables
- Manage budgets, timelines, resources and project profitability
- Identify risks early and work with senior stakeholders to resolve them
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
- Work closely with Account Directors and Client Partners to deliver strong client outcomes
We're ideally looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in Account Management or Project Management , ideally within a:
- Creative agency
- Media agency
- Digital/marketing agency
- Fast-paced marketing environment
You'll be highly organised, confident with clients and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership , communicates well and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
A strong Media and Creative background is highly desirable , along with solid project management experience.
Sydney CBD based - 3 days in office / 2 from home
Salary ranges from $85,000 up to $100,000 + Super (depends on experience)
