Key Responsibilities
Responsible for strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering business objectives through effective account management, forecasting accuracy, and profitability improvement.

Execute strategic account plans to support customer growth and business retention objectives.

Associate with revenue forecasting and support the achievement of AOP targets.

Associate with product profitability enhancement and support gross margin improvement initiatives.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and strategic business partnerships.

Serve as the primary customer interface, aligning customer requirements with Lam's solutions and business objectives.

Manage quotations, system configurations, and capacity allocations to support business opportunities and operational execution.
Who we’re looking for

Master's degree or equivalent related semiconductor industry experience (3+ years preferred).

Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Demonstrated customer-centric mindset, business agility, and ability to build trusted strategic partnerships.

Data-driven decision maker with strong commercial awareness and profitability focus.

Results-oriented professional with high ownership, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic business environments.

Proven ability to lead customer engagements and headquarters visits while consistently upholding Lam's Core Values.
