Account Executive - Online Division

About This Role

An Account Executive in the Online Division oversees a specific territory, building awareness of online academic programs and driving inquiry generation. This role suits a goal-oriented individual passionate about education, with a background in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management, who thrives on using communication and coaching skills to help non-traditional students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Consistently identify and implement event and activity plans for the assigned territory
• Build awareness of online academic programs for education, healthcare, and business
• Drive inquiry generation
• Shape high-impact partnerships for the territory
• Execute daily work through informational presentations, calls, and emails, iterating as needed to maximize value
• Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners in-person, over the phone, or via email
• Champion the GCE mission, promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth
• Support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work independently
• Out-of-the-box critical thinking skills
