Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to drive client retention, profitability, and revenue growth.
- Grow existing client accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Oversee account performance, mitigating business risks and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams across client services, strategy, creative, media, project management, analytics, and software development.
- Build and maintain executive client relationships through business reviews, strategic recommendations, and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, healthcare communications, or agency leadership.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
- Experience managing complex client accounts, including strategy, budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and revenue growth.
- Proven success expanding client relationships through strategic account planning.
