About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an exciting Account Coordinator opportunity with a leading global technology and delivery platform.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly established team and work directly with restaurant partners, providing exceptional account support, resolving issues, and helping partners make the most of the platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of restaurant partners.
- Respond professionally and effectively to inbound support queries and issues.
- Support technical setup, account changes and ongoing partner requirements.
- Educate partners on products, tools and platform features.
- Deliver targeted and personalised communications to restaurant partners.
- Build strong relationships and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Analyse partner feedback and identify trends to support process improvements.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of account management processes.
About You
- At least 1 year of professional experience in customer support, sales, vendor management, account management or a related area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident communicating with customers and partners via email, phone and face-to-face.
- Highly organised, personable and patient when resolving issues.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Good operational and analytical aptitude.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
