About the role
Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000+ allowances
Working Location: Boon Lay Way
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices accurately - verify job details, pricing, and contractual rates before every invoice is raised
- Ensure all completed jobs are billed without omission, including surcharges, waiting time, and special service charges
- Minimize billing discrepancies, credit notes, and re-issuance through thorough pre-billing verification
- Own the AR follow-up process - proactively chase outstanding invoices before they become overdue
- Maintain and update the AR aging report weekly - flag accounts approaching or exceeding credit terms to Accounts Manager
- Issue payment reminders according to agreed follow-up schedule - do not wait to be prompted
- Assist Accounts Manager with vendor invoice verification - check against contracted rates before payment approval
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems - Xero experience preferred
