Academic Coordinator

About This Role

An Academic Coordinator facilitates communication between parents and instructors, tracks student progress, and manages class scheduling for an online learning environment. This role suits an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule virtual parent-teacher meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration between parents and instructors
• Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records of achievements, assessments, and areas for improvement
• Efficiently manage the scheduling and rescheduling of online classes, considering student availability and instructor preferences

Requirements

• Ability to write clearly and professionally, with strong verbal communication skills
• Warm and approachable personality, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and instructors
• Ability to work well with limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in operations, scheduling, or similar roles, particularly in homework management and parent communication

Important Details

• Schedule: Training period (first month) 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Post-training US shift timings 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Work format: Hybrid remote
