Academic Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves creating and managing academic content on an internal LMS for partner schools, while also supporting academic operations, assessments, and learning initiatives. The position suits a candidate with a strong understanding of school academics to produce accurate, curriculum-aligned question papers, worksheets, and academic documents.

Responsibilities

• Create question papers, worksheets, and academic documents for partner schools using the internal LMS
• Prepare holiday homework, bridge course material, and activity documents in line with school academic calendars
• Apply working knowledge of CBSE, NCERT, and NCF to ensure content is curriculum-aligned and classroom-relevant
• Follow standard question paper formats and blueprints (weightage, difficulty distribution, typology of questions) while creating assessments
• Regularly use and manage the LMS portal, including content uploads, assessments, tracking, and reports
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day academic operations and activities
• Coordinate with teachers, academic teams, schools, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain academic trackers, reports, documentation, and operational records
• Support Learning & Development initiatives as required
• Ensure timely execution and follow-up of academic deliverables

Requirements

• Graduate / Post-Graduate; B.Ed is an added advantage
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, academic coordination, or working on an LMS in a corporate/EdTech environment; candidates with a mix of these backgrounds are preferred, though not mandatory
• Working knowledge of CBSE, NCERT, and NCF and how academics function in CBSE schools
• Experience preparing question papers, worksheets, holiday homework, bridge course, or activity documents
• Hands-on LMS experience
• Experience in teacher training & workshops
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad

Important Details

• Working days: 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday), with 2 Saturdays off per month, in addition to Sundays off
• Openings: 1
• Reports to: Academic Operations Manager / Academic Operations Head
