About This Role

An Academic Coordinator oversees academic activities and supports the smooth functioning of the school. This role involves coordinating curriculum implementation, guiding teachers, and managing academic events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor academic activities and curriculum implementation
• Support and guide teachers with lesson planning and classroom practices
• Monitor teaching quality and conduct teacher observations
• Coordinate assessments, academic events, and activities
• Support teacher training and development
• Maintain academic records and documentation
• Coordinate with the Center Head and management
• Handle parent communication related to academic matters

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in teaching or academic coordination
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of school curriculum and teaching practices
• Ability to guide, motivate, and manage teachers effectively
