Responsibilities ■ポジションについて 大学・病院・研究機関などを対象に、ライフサイエンス領域で活用される研究機器の提案営業を担当いただきます。
既存顧客への深耕営業に加え、新規顧客開拓や販売代理店との連携を通じて市場拡大を推進します。
また、顧客との接点から得られる研究動向やニーズを社内へ共有し、営業戦略の立案や新たな提案機会の創出にも貢献いただくポジションです。
■営業スタイルと顧客対応
- 大学・病院・研究機関などへの提案営業および新規顧客開拓
- 販売代理店と連携した販売促進活動
- 主要顧客への直接訪問による関係構築、提案、導入後フォロー
- 専門性の高い案件に対するメーカー営業としての提案活動
- 納品や修理、アフターサポートは専門部署が担当
■顧客情報の収集・活用
- 研究分野のトレンドや顧客ニーズの情報収集
- 研究機器の活用事例や市場動向の把握
- 社内データベースへの情報共有
- 他拠点とのナレッジ共有による営業活動の高度化および提案力向上

- 週の大半を顧客訪問に充てる外勤中心の営業活動
- 顧客とのコミュニケーションを重視した営業スタイル

Requirements 【必須】
- 学士号
- 3年以上の精密機器メーカー（顕微鏡、分析機器等）での営業経験
- 普通自動車免許
【歓迎】
- 代理店営業経験
- 英語による基礎的なコミュニケーション力（TOEIC500点程度）
- ライフサイエンス分野の知識（顕微鏡の使用経験など）をお持ちの方
