About This Role

Lighthouse ABA is searching for a Behavior Technician who is also excited about acting in a Marketing Outreach Representative capacity. This role involves visits to medical offices to educate staff on company services, aiming to strengthen referral partnerships and improve patient care options. It focuses on relationship-building, acting as the primary face-to-face link between the organization and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with physicians, nurses, and office managers to introduce, explain, and answer questions about Lighthouse ABA.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinical staff to ensure continued trust and utilization of services.
• Deliver marketing materials, educational resources, and procedural guidelines to clinical offices.
• Gather insights on office needs and relay feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate logs of visits, interactions, and follow-up actions within CRM software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in completing the RBT certification process (candidates who are already registered are preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
