Spanish Speaking RBT Needed
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for a 15-year-old male on the autism spectrum.
Schedule:
Tuesdays, 3:30 PM–4:30 PM
Consistent weekly commitment preferred
Requirements:
- Must be Spanish-speaking
- High school diploma required
- RBT certification preferred/required, depending on agency requirements
- Experience working with children or adolescents with autism is a plus
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
About the role:
The RBT will provide individualized behavioral support and work one-on-one with the teen to help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.
