About the role
Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique ABA agency founded in 2015 by BCBAs and LCSWs. We provide in-home and in-community ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, independence, and confidence.

Available Schedule:
- Weekday Option:
- Monday – Friday
- 3-hour sessions between 3:00/4:00 PM – 6:00/7:30 PM
- Weekend Option:
- Saturday
- Flexible 3-hour sessions
Role Overview:
Work 1:1 with a child in their home or community setting, implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Use ABA techniques (prompting, reinforcement, modeling)
- Track and document session progress
- Build rapport with clients and families
Qualifications:
- Experience with children preferred
- Background in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
- RBT certification (preferred, not required)
- Reliable, communicative, and compassionate
