We specialize in providing in-home and in-community ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our mission is to support each child in building communication, independence, adaptability, and confidence through individualized care.

Current Available Schedules (Bronx):

  • Monday – Friday: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Monday – Thursday: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Tuesday – Thursday: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Flexible case:
    • Mon/Tues: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
    • Fri: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Weekend + weekday combo:
    • Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
    • Monday – Friday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
      Additional cases pending approval

Role Overview:
As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with a child in their home or community setting, implementing individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport and support communication development
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Use ABA techniques such as prompting, reinforcement, and modeling
  • Track and document progress and session data
  • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely session notes

Qualifications:

  • Background in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, OT, or related field preferred
  • RBT certification (preferred but not required)
  • Experience working with children, especially ages 3–12
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsive
  • Compassionate, engaging, and patient
