Job Description

Your missions:

• Gather, understand, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Triple’A Plus (TAP) core objects, including formats, screens, strategies, lists, and scripts.
• Develop and manage IRIS APIs.
• Support end-to-end delivery of TAP-related projects and enhancements.
• Perform functional testing and support UAT activities.
• Provide L3 production support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
• Coordinate with development, testing, support, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Services Division.

Your profile:

• Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management IT (minimum 10 years).
• Triple’A Plus (TAP) development experience (minimum 8 years), including formats, screens, strategies, lists, and scripting.
• IRIS API development and management experience (minimum 4 years).
• Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL (minimum 5 years).
• Business Analysis experience (minimum 7 years), including requirements gathering, functional specification writing, and UAT support.
• Wealth Management domain knowledge: portfolio management, order management, securities, and FX.
• Ability to work directly with business users and technical teams.
• L3 production support experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Academic background: degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• English fluent. French is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
