About the role
Your Key Responsibilities
- 负责电动汽车逆变器（400V/800V)/功率模块的硬件设计.
- 负责硬件的需求分解和设计，原理图设计，硬件电路仿真，驱动电路设计，功率模块双脉冲测试和出流能力测试。
- 负责硬件产品的FMEDA分析，最差工况计算（WCA），硬件电路测试执行和测试规范编写。
Your Qualifications
- 电力电子相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 至少3年电动汽车逆变器或电机控制器或功率模块的电子设计经验。
- 深入了解IGBT和 SiC MOSFET的驱动、保护及结温计算原理。
- 具备开关电源设计、变频器设计、风电变流器、储能逆变器及电动汽车驱动器设计经验者优先。
- 良好的英语能力
