岗位职责： 1、根据上级要求完成研发职能类工作，协同完成部门及平台搭建、发展计划制定。 2、沟通、协调各研发部门人员，跟进项目进展并及时上传下达，推进项目进程。 3、撰写相关项目报告、总结报告、数据统计及汇总。 4、了解国内及国际注册药典及法规、熟悉药监工作流程。 5、组织收集、解读药品注册申报的法规政策和技术要求等动态信息。 6、其他上级交办的工作。 任职要求： 1、硕士学历，特别优秀者可放宽要求； 2、有个人专长者优先；具备较强的语言能力，英语（专业八级）、日语（一级）等，或其他方面的优秀技能。 3、优秀的公文撰写及报告写作能力、优秀的统筹管理及沟通交流能力。 4、有海外留学经历者优先考虑。 5、熟悉临床监察流程；熟悉药品注册管理办法、GCP法规以及药物临床研究的相关法规；对新药开发及申报流程有全面的了解_ 掌握中美两国注册政策法规及申报资料要求；具备药物知识及信息收集能力。 6、良好的书面及口头表达能力，有良好的人际关系处理能力，具有良好的协调及计划执行能力。 7、诚实正直、性格沉稳、细心、具有团队精神，责任心强，有较强的抗压能力，能适应出差。
