职位描述
- 负责账期支付产品规划和设计工作，能充分理解用户需求，具备产品思维及用户视角，推动用户痛点以产品方式解决并落地。
- 对B2B交易场景有深刻理解，能从商业视角对产品进行分析和判断，能兼顾用户体验/商业价值/资金链路等多重视角挖掘机会点，并提出可行的解决方案。
- 为开通和使用环节的用户转化效率负责，联合风控团队共建AI时代的额度表达体系，推动授信体验与额度支用效率的持续优化。
- 具有数据分析能力和敏感度，能够通过数据监测产品运行与风险表现，通过数据分析发现问题并推动解决。
- 善于沟通协调，能够跨部门协作并整合资源，推进产品的落地和迭代。
职位要求
- 2年以上互联网产品经验，有电商、金融、交易、信贷或风控等相关产品经验优先。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和系统性思考能力，能够独立产出高质量的需求文档。
- 熟悉用户行为分析方法，能够从用户痛点中挖掘机会点和需求。
- 有数据策略驱动的岗位经验优先，如BI、数据科学、风控策略等方向。
- 对AI有热情，认知AI能力边界，有B端本体建模项目经验优先。
