About the role
该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1、参与集团所属产险、寿险、健险、资管等子公司的业务痛点分析工作，根据业务在营销、风控、经营分析等场景的痛点描述，通过数据分析验证业务现状。 2、根据业务痛点现状，参与规划大数据解决方案，体现大数据能力的业务价值。 3、参与大数据解决方案的落地实施工作，包括数据分析模型训练、部署、灰度测试等。
要求条件： 1、硕士以上学历学位，理工科专业如数理统计、大数据、计算机、人工智能等专业方向优先。 2、实习期至少在三个月以上，且能保证一周3个工作日及以上的实习时间。
3、认真好学，积极向上，富有责任心，能沉下心来研究学习。
