岗位职责：
- 通过贝壳找房APP搜索及开发，进行公司房客源积累，与客户建立良好的业务合作关系;
- 负责客户接待、咨询工作，为客户提供专业的房地产置业咨询服务；
- 了解客户需求，促成房屋买卖或租赁业务，并负责业务跟进和房屋过户手续办理等后续服务工作；
- 匹配客户需求，帮助客户达成房买卖或租赁业务和一手房代理业务；
- 推进客户的业务跟进维护和房屋过户手续办理等服务工作;
任职资格：
- 要求大专及以上学历，年龄20岁-45岁之间，专业不限；
- 敏锐的洞察力，较强的抗压和抗挫能力；勇于接受房产行业的压力和挑战；
- 沟通能力强，普通话标准；有亲和力，工作积极主动，乐观开朗；
- 做事认真踏实，为人正直诚恳，具有良好的团队精神，团队合作。
薪资福利待遇：
- 基本保障：新人实习期（助理经纪人）内可享受无责任底薪3700元，为你提供师傅带教，培训等前期专业知识培训；
- 转正经纪人提佣为通提20％-70％；
