岗位职责
1,负责客户接待，咨询，为客户提供优质的服务。
2,公司提供客户资源，维护并拓展客户。
3,陪同客户看房，并且与客户建立稳固关系。
培训体系
1、理论培训：入职前将接受专业的房产经纪理论知
识；
2、街接培训：帮助新人从理论过渡到实践，三个月
将内接受三次不同程度的衔接训；
3、实战演练：师徒制，师傅将带你近距离接触业务
实战；
4、经验分享：优秀员工与你共同分享经验，让你借
鉴别人的成功秘诀。
