[岗位职责]:
1、公司有网站系统，客户申请进来，首先电话了解
客户基本情况(收入、负债、房车、社保);
2、然后添加微信，约到公司谈判、签署合同;
3、成交的客户，保持联系，如有需要可以二次成交
或者介绍新客户;
薪资待遇:
无责底薪5000+提成15-40%+奖金，国内旅游+上海本地五险+节日礼物+月度聚餐+年度大会
1、入职三个月以上员工平均工资2-6万以上，每月销冠30万以上，公司各种福利待遇;
2、多种临时现金奖励+带薪境内外旅游+优秀员工奖励尽在其中;
3、每周不定时下午茶，每月举行公司团建活动聚餐;
任职要求：
1、普通话标准 思路清晰 电销经验的优先。
2、执行力强，有挣钱欲望。
