岗位职责： 1、参与蛋白类生物新药的研发。2、参与实验方案的设计、实施；对每个实验进行动态观察，实时监测。3、负责撰写实验记录，对各实验数据和结果进行分析汇总，撰写实验总结并归档。4、不定期查阅文献以及资料，了解研究项目背景知识、实验相关材料、实验方法等。5、文献资料收集整理以及设计相应实验方案。6、做好实验室的日常维护，清洁和仪器的保养工作；完成相关流程SOP的撰写。7、完成上级安排的其他相关工作。 任职要求：1、硕士学历，或本科学历5年以上相关工作经验；特别优秀者亦可放宽条件。2、酶生物、分子生物、细胞生物等相关专业或研究方向。3、具备扎实的学科实验技能，至少熟练掌握3-5个实验技术，学科基础扎实，实操能力强。4、了解基本的新药研发流程，熟悉新药研发技术。5、反应敏捷，有较好的逻辑分析能力，在主管的领导下能独立开展课题研究工作。6、热爱新药研发工作，责任心强、学习能力强，有进取心，不畏难，有钻研精神，能长期稳定工作。7、具备良好的英文文献检索阅读能力。
