About the role
一. 岗位职责：
- 负责客户的咨询、接待，销售工作，为客户提供专业的房地产置业咨询服务；
- 了解客户需求，提供合适房源推荐；
- 陪同客户看房，促成新房成交；
- 负责业务跟进及后期客户服务工作；
二.任职要求：
- 统招专科及以上学历，优秀者可放宽；
- 热爱工作，真诚，善良，正直，进取心，责任心强，有抗压能力；
- 普通话流利，思维活跃，有良好的沟通能力，爱学习，有创新意识；
- 工作主动，有良好的服务意识；
- 有无经验均可，只要您爱学习，有担当，正直善良，愿意合作；
三.薪资福利
- 本科无责底薪5000，专科4000，转正后提成25%----75%；另有成交奖奖励（以项目而定）；
