一、岗位职责：
1、公司提供客户名单，通过电话、网络等方式向有车一族销售汽车保险等金融产品，无需东奔西跑，日晒雨淋，标准的空调白领工作；
2、免费岗前培训8天，320元培训补助，培训通过即签署劳动合同，无试用期；
3、公司全国都有分支机构，想回老家参加工作的，可在分中心工作满3个月可以调回到自己所在地的大地公司工作，全国都可以安排就业。
二、岗位福利待遇：
1、综合底薪+业绩提成，刚来前两个月平均工资是3500-4500，第三个月后的平均工资是4500-6500，入司6个月及以上的工资在7000及以上上不封顶，月薪过万的占总人力的20%;
2、长白班（8:30-12:00,13:40-18:30左右);
3、培训签订劳动合同，即缴纳五项社会保险（社保包含：养老、医疗、失业、工伤、生育五项保障）;
4、丰富多彩的业务活动、每季度的激励旅游、每月的团队聚餐，让员工的业余生活丰富多彩；
5、享受国家规定的正常节假日带薪休假，同时享受年终奖、带薪年假、过节福利。
