岗位职责：1、负责新市场开发和拓展信息渠道维护、信息收集、市场调研、业务研判、合作方案规划、谈判签约等，并负责建立健全客户信息档案；2、负责建立、维持与目标地区地方政府相关机构的良好关系，签订框架性合作协议，取得项目合作机会；3、负责跟进项目方关系沟通、联络、巩固，保持良好的客户关系；4、联系研发部及生产部寻求业务相关技术支持；任职资格：1、大专及以上学历，10年及以上市场开发相关工作经验，具有重工行业设计院资源、重工行业成套设备企业资源2、具备罗茨风机、球磨机、烘干机、皮带运输机头部客户资源；3、具有较强的市场感知能力，能敏锐地把握市场动态和客户需求；4、具有项目策划以及商务谈判的能力，具有较强的交际、执行及市场拓展能力；5、熟悉了解国家各项政策及地方的政策，充分了解省内市场竞争情况；6、能接受长期出差。薪资结构：底薪15K-25K+销售提成
