该职位来源于猎聘 该岗位必须要有连接器产品测试工作经验！不符合者请谨慎投递！ 岗位职责： 1. 根据测试计划和标准，独立完成连接器产品的电气性能测试（接触电阻、绝缘电阻、耐电压等）、机械性能测试（插拔力、保持力等）和环境可靠性测试（高低温、盐雾、振动等）。 2. 熟练操作并维护实验室的各类测试设备（如试验机、环境试验箱、阻抗分析仪等），规范管理测试样品和工装夹具。 3. 准确、客观地记录测试数据，撰写测试报告，并对数据进行初步分析，判断测试结果是否合格。 4. 对测试过程中出现的异常或失效，及时反馈，并在工程师指导下参与初步的失效分析。 5. 遵守实验室质量管理体系（如CNAS/ISO 17025）要求，参与设备校准、期间核查及5S管理等工作。 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历，电子、机械、材料等相关专业。 2. 三年以上连接器产品测试工作经验。 3. 熟悉连接器相关测试标准（如EIA 364, IEC 60512）及常用测试方法者优先。 4. 能熟练操作万用表、耐压仪、插拔力机等常见测试设备。 5. 工作严谨细致，动手能力强，具备良好的数据记录和整理习惯
