工作内容：
1、通过电话沟通完成电话咨询、推荐及销售工作，为客户提供快速、准确而专业的汽车保险产品咨询服务；
2、针对车险老客户，每年定期进行回访，并且定期为老车险客户办理相关续保业务；（客户由公司提供，资源优质！无须工作经验，公司提供带薪培训）
3、参加公司开展的各类培训，学习掌握公司推荐的学习内容。
任职要求：
1、性别不限，年龄20周岁及以上，具备一定表达沟通能力，工作经验不限，接受打电话工作；
2、大专及以上学历，可接受应届毕业生、实习生，条件优秀者可适当放宽；
3、普通话标准、流利、音质清晰，具备基本计算机操作能力。
薪酬福利：
1、薪资构成及水平：底薪＋提成+出单激励，平均工资5000-8000左右；按国家标准，入职购买社保；
2、福利：餐补、包住宿、年节福利、带薪休假、带薪培训、年终奖等。
晋升空间：
纵向发展：车险专员——团队经理——区域经理；
以担保或任何理由索要财物，扣押证照，均涉嫌违法。
