The “500,000 Women Agribusiness Owners CCI Goal 2030” program, promoted by the Colombia International Corporation (CCI), has just entered its third call for applications and is aimed at women who lead rural businesses to help them grow.
The selected projects will receive guidance in structuring a business plan focused on quality production, cost structure, marketing, and guaranteed profitability. Once the ventures are well-structured, the Corporation will seek funding for them. As a result of the two previous calls for proposals, the program has reached 65,000 women, with whom 2,521 business plans have been developed.
Applications are open until December 5, 2023, through this link . The only requirement to apply is a one-minute video explaining your business idea or existing business. The project must be led by a rural woman over 18 years of age and involve a minimum of 30 people, mostly women.
