岗位职责:
- 负责租房，买卖业务的接待与咨询，提供专业的租房服务
- 根据客户需求，推荐合适的租房和买卖方案，协助完成租房和买卖流程
- 维护客户关系，确保服务质量，提升客户满意度
任职要求：
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够有效解决客户疑问
- 具有团队合作精神，能够与团队成员协作完成工作任务
- 具备学习能力，能够快速掌握并应用新知识于工作中
薪酬福利：
- 面试综合评定定级定薪，A0~A10 A0底薪5000，A1~A10底薪3000+提成25%~67% 试用期1~3个月:
