The Board and the Universidad del Pacífico, through the Silver Ecosystem project linked to EmprendeUP, announce the 3rd edition of the +50 Emprende Perú Awards . This award was originally created by the Spanish audiovisual production company Dos Cincuenta y Nueve Films, and was held for the first time in Peru in November 2023, thanks to the collaboration with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center of the Universidad del Pacífico – Emprende UP.
The initiative seeks to recognize and enhance the talent, experience, and knowledge of people over 50, giving them a new opportunity to demonstrate that their career path is a source of value for the economy and society.
Entrepreneurs who are at least 50 years old by September 30, 2025, and who develop a project in Peru, launched no more than two years prior (after September 30, 2022), are eligible to participate. The business launch will be considered to have begun on the date the jury deems it to have commenced activities leading to the project's execution.
