岗位职责:
1、负责理赔案件的风险防控流程与制度的制定；
2、负责监督理赔流程与制度的落地执行情况；
3、负责理赔案件的质检、稽核工作；
4、负责组织推动理赔反欺诈反舞弊相关工作；
5、负责反欺诈系统的建设，相关数据的分析、处理及挖掘工作；
6、负责反欺诈反舞弊相关的培训与宣传等工作；
7、协助相关部门开展理赔案件的审计整改、内控合规、风险管理等工作
任职要求：
1、保险、医学、车辆、统计等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、财产险、非车险或车险理赔经验；
3、具有较强的责任心和组织沟通协调能力
