工作内容:
- 客户一般在线上联系，约好时间带看房签合同就可以。
- 不做买卖，不打电话，不用地推。
- 早九晚七点半，接受宝妈下午接小孩。
- 新人前期有老人手把手带，成交率非常高，工作简单上手快。
- 所有房源都隶属公司直营，公司不收中介费，成交率高。
- 按时发放工资，不拖延。常超带薪年假15天。
- 每月团建，生日会。首单奖，业绩最高奖，数据最高奖，带看最高奖，拿到手软!
薪资
无责底薪4000-5000+加高额提成。
上班时间: 早十晚七点半
上班地址: 全西安就近安排
