Position Overview

Clean Team Inc. is expanding our overnight operations in Fenton, and we are searching for dedicated individuals to join our team as 3rd Shift Commercial Cleaning Associates. In this vital role, you will take charge of transforming and maintaining pristine corporate environments during off-peak hours, ensuring our clients walk into an immaculate workplace every morning.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Sanitation & Hygiene Maintenance: Thoroughly disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and common work areas to ensure a healthy environment.
- Surface Care: Perform routines including dusting office equipment, wiping down glass panels, collecting trash, and replenishing essential paper supplies.
- Floor Care: Operating large floor scrubbers; vacuum carpeting, sweep, and mop hard floor surfaces using commercial-grade cleaning tools and industry-standard solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Follow daily task checklists accurately to uphold safety protocols and maintain our company's high standard of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to working overnight hours.
- Sharp eye for detail and the ability to operate independently without direct supervision.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, reach, and lift moderate weight throughout the shift.
- Successful completion of standard pre-employment screening.
