Description
As a 3rd Party Risk Governance - Compliance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing third-party risk governance frameworks and policies.
- Monitoring third-party compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Conducting risk assessments and audits of third-party vendors.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address and mitigate identified risks.
- Providing guidance on compliance matters related to third-party engagements.
- Preparing reports and documentation for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues related to third parties.
Profile
A successful 3rd Party Risk Governance - Compliance Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of third-party risk management and compliance in the financial services industry.
