职位描述
1、基于3C数码品类整体业务策略，负责对应的采销工作，拓展并维护品类重点供应商及其他业务伙伴的战略合作关系，完成年度经营指标及KPI（包括GMV、损益、重点项目等）。 2、结合3C数码品类市场现状及场景属性，进行品类、品牌、货品结构规划、商品采销，持续优化进销存等供给管理指标。 3、与供应商在商品、采购、零售等环节展开商务谈判，与淘内多场域结合，强化商品运营合作，争取最大化资源优势，推动品类规模的快速增长。 4、根据行业趋势及消费者需求，洞察品类高潜机会类目\商品，拓展供给覆盖，并创新性组织落地营销活动，打造类目新增量。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历； 2、具有3年以上手机/电脑/数码类目采销工作经验，熟悉行业竞争格局，了解并熟悉行业生产、渠道、销售等全流程产业链，有丰富的行业资源； 3、具有全局性的商业经营思维、敏锐的市场洞察力，优秀的合同谈判和签约能力，良好的决策判断能力和计划组织能力； 4、具有项目把控能力，负责从项目发起、执行落地、总结优化全流程； 5、有责任心，高效执行力，乐观皮实，抗压力强，以结果为导向；
