岗位要求：
1、负责所属城市企业客户的开拓与维护；
2、深度挖掘客户在员工福利保障、高端医疗保障、弹性福利平台、团体保险等方面的需求，提供综合多元化员工福利解方案；协助客户进行保单相关服务工作；
3、利用公司搭建的企业客户资源平台，不断开发新的企业客户和个人客户资源；
4、向银行提供销售支持，协助银行进行对公团险业务等开拓，并向银行渠道客户提供各项售前、售中、售后服务；
5、达成公司规定的相应职级的考核指标。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，经济学、金融学或保险等相关专业；
2、具有2年以上保险销售工作经验，保险行业、互联网保险行业，具有企事业法人单位销售经验优先；
3、具备较强的市场开拓能力；
4、具备扎实的保险基础知识，具有经济、金融、财税、医学等相关知识优先。
