Consultant (Comprehensive Consulting Department)

Required Qualifications

• Over 3 years of practical experience in financial institutions, consulting firms, audit corporations, or tax offices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holders of qualifications such as CPA, tax accountant (subject passers are also acceptable), or real estate appraisers.
• Ability to pursue customer satisfaction.
• Desire to experience a wide range of tasks in accounting consulting.

Job Responsibilities
You will focus on providing consulting proposals to specific clients and, when necessary, support execution. The role involves consulting support aimed at enhancing customer lifetime value through collaboration with internal resources. You will engage in the following consulting tasks:

• General support for management issues faced by executives.
• Business succession and organizational restructuring primarily within Japan.

Post-Joining Responsibilities
Upon joining, you will initially engage in the following tasks:

• Proposal work for new introductions and existing clients (creating proposals using PPT, stock price calculations using XLS, various simulations).
• Execution support tasks (project progress management, collaboration with various specialists), advisory work.

Recent Project Examples

• Proposal work for new projects introduced by financial institutions.
• Proposals focused on business succession and organizational restructuring for high-net-worth clients.

Position Appeal
In addition to your specialized knowledge, you will have the opportunity to challenge a wide range of tasks through collaboration with other departments. As the closest entity to clients, you will engage in practical work and have the potential to take on management roles in the future.

Working Hours
Full flextime system (standard working hours: 8 hours)
Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per month
Remote work ratio: About 2 days a week (initially required to work in the office for about six months)
